Current Rules and Card Checklists

Where can I find a download of the current WOW rules and possibly a checklist of cards going all the way back to the first release?

The existing CR 4.01 from UDE is still the active rules as CZE has not released their CR yet.

There is no official checklist of cards that I know of.

CZE has released the OCR (Official Card Reference) found here.

Wowtcgdb.com has checklists of pretty much all of the cards.

If by checklist, you mean a limited decklist, UDE had them up through Fields of Honor. Link here.
