CZE distribution in the Baltic states

Dear cryptozoic,
It has been 3 months since you have taken world of warcraft tcg license, but we still have no information about wow distribution in Lithuania. Our player community has written many letters, but responses are always the same:
"At this time we're still working with distributors in your region to help bring the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game and Organized Play events to your region.".
Players see no results and start quitting wow tcg. The same answer for at least 2 months is not what our player community expected from your company. We still do not have wrathgate boosters in our country, not to mention any organized play. We would like to know what exactly has been done to ensure wow distribution and organized play in our country and when we could expect reliable distributor. Please look into this matter as this problem is serious threat to wow tcg in Lithuania.

so ignoring is the best way to deal with players? i don't know what else to say. i am really disappointed in cryptozoic entertainment and its customer support and service.

So you post on a Friday and then complain that they're ignoring you when you don't have an answer by Monday?

To be fair, every one of the messages from your group has received a response, even if they're similar. We aren't ignoring you, or your region.

At this time we're still working with distributors in your region to help bring the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game and Organized Play events to your region.

Once we have additional information to share on this, we will certainly do so. In addition, this is not a customer service issue so I'm locking this thread.
