Invalid loot card number.

I purchased a box of Scourgewar cards and found a Landro's gift card. I followed the instructions as per the web site. Proceeded to Booty bay and tried to turn the new number in. I even copy and pasted the number so it would eleiminate any problems. It came up with Invalid number unable to decode. I did decode the number and recieved the longer number. I sent an email to Cryptozotic asking for help needless to say I am still in limbo. I read several posts on this site and went to blizzard postings about card problems as well. I have exhuasted my search can someone help direct me?

there is currently an extended wait period on the player@cryptozoic.com email address as a,lot of staff are out of the office for the world championships
