Can't get to send the information by email

Hi

Unfortunately I can't get any of my Spectral Safari Information through to you, i've tried the email providied and the one on the site:

hobbysupport@cryptozoic.com
or
hobby@cryptozoic.com

I'm trying to send, winners information and event pictures.
Is there another email or a postal address, as the loot cards have still not been recieved, by the winners
