Raid treasure and combat questions from a born again WoW player

New to the forums, and playing the game again after years of not playing. I just have a couple of questions.

I'm running Black temple in a couple weeks, and am wondering how you determine who gets the treasure cards from a Raid deck?

Also, when dealing with combat, can an exhausted ally be a target for defender? And if so, do they still deal their damage to the attacker?

Final question, and sorry for so many all at once, but when an attacker is attacking an exhausted hero, with an exhausted weapon does that weapon still deal damage? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
