Need info from CZE Employee about the usage of the loot cards on server regions

Hi there my name is ile and i sell loot cards on ebay. I need to know if the loot cards produced from CRyptozoic and upper deck are usable on all regions ( USA,EUROPE,JAPAN and etc ). For example lets say i have a loot card brought from USA.Is this loot card good for all server regions ( USA,EUROPE,JAPAN an etc ) or it can be only reedeemed on USA servers.Same goes if i have a loot card purchased from a person in Europe.Does this loot card apply for all regions or just EUROPE.If lets say i have a loot card form USA and this loot card is only good for USA servers, how can i make a difference betwen a USA and an EUROPEAN loot card. The reason why i ask this is i dont want to send a loot card lets say to a person in Japan and find out later that he cant redeem the loot card becose it applys only for a certan region. So once again are the loot cards produced from bought CRYPTOZOIC and Upper Deck good for all regions or not.

Second thing is i had a customer that bought one loot card and called me later saying that the codes are not good.He said that some type of error come up "The code can not be validated".What does this mean.Did he made a mistake and didnt put the code right or there is a problem with the card code. Following to the thing before i needed to ask another thing. If there is some one saying that the code is not good can i check with blizzard if the code was activated on a certain server region and when was activated.I ask this becose i fear sometimes that the customer will redeem the code and write back later saying there is a problem with the code and ask to return his money.

First off, I'd recommend you post on the new forums, as these ones aren't checked as often. For your first question, the only restriction is that Asian loot cards cannot be used on non-Asian servers and vice versa. I have no idea on your second question.
