Getting back to the game!

I'm getting back into the game because we have a few more people at my local hobby store and need the freshen up on rulings. I was a Level 1 Judge back when Heros came out and UDE was still running things and I would love to get my Judge Cert back! Can someone send me a link to the Rulebook so i can read over it?
