Redeeming X-51 Nether rocket

Hi there

For a long time ago (before WOTLK, before battlenet and when Landro Longshot was vendoring the mount), I finally found my X-51 Nether rocket card in on of the booster decks. I went home immediatly and scratched the stuff off so i could see the code. I entered the code on the World of warcrafts promotion so i could get the code for in-game (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html). I only bought the slow version of the rocket (blue one) and not the epic, because I didn't have epic flying skills back then.

And finally (1-2 weeks ago) I got my epic flying skill! and of course I wanna but the epic version of the rocket, but! When i enter the code at Landro Longshot, it says "Couldn't Validate code, please try again" PWNED BY LANDRO LONGSHOT! I've been contacting GM's, looked at websites what might causes this, so I've been trying to redeeming the code after deleting WTF folder, without any addons activated and no pets activated like the website told me to, and yes, I can get all 25 digits into Landro's box and I've only been using the card on exact same region and server.

If you need more information about my problem, please ask, I'll do everything for to get my X-51 Nether rocket.

Isn't it so that once you redeemed it, you only have to open the shop interface? Not re-redeem it? So talk to Landro and open his shop interface...

No, not anylonger. Now when you redeem the code at landro longshot, you get both mounts, fast and slow version.

Since they changed the way you obtain the mounts, there is no way for you to get the mount. But you can send a ticket to a GM. Iirc it has been said that they would help you out on this one.

I've been speaking with a GM several times about this, they told me to talk to the supporters from the Loot card entertainment and they told me to make a topic on Crptozoic, so I've done everything I could. Guess there is nothing I can do then.

Give Cryptozoic some time to respond, surely they will read this thread

Loot cards are only good for one use. Once the code has been used on Blizzard's promotions page, it is an item inside Blizzard's game.

The nature of mount Loot cards changed during patch 3.2, and there were notifications both on Blizzard's forums and on the loader patch notes prior to this patch advising players to purchase any unclaimed mount speeds from Landro in Booty Bay prior to this change. Landro is no longer a vendor inside Blizzard's game, and any player redeeming mount cards now receive Bind on Equip versions of whatever speed mount(s) that code redeems for.

Cryptozoic Entertainment can not help you with items inside Blizzard's game. If you are speaking to a GM in game, I may suggest that you tell them that you've spoken to Cryptozoic about your Loot code, and you'd like the case elevated to a senior GM. While they only replace items at their discretion, if you have information on when you redeemed this Loot code, they should be able to look into this further for you.
