Is there an option to block certain forums?

I don't really care about the Trading and Off-Topic ones. I guess I can just ignore them, but that's too easy.

Don't know why you would want to "block" certain sections of the forums, but no, there is no option for that. (Or on any other forum I've ever been to for that matter.) Just ignore whatever parts of the site you have no interest in.
