I need a little help...Recently started collecting.

Hello everybody first of i want to tell how much i like this forum.I recently started collecting and really like to play the game,i know the rules but i dont know if u can use cards of different parts in your deck.For example:Deck exist out cards from fires of outland -scourge war and heroes of azeroth.. is this possible or do you build your deck with cards from 1 part like scourge warwrath gate.Probably a stupid question but i really dont know Greetings from Holland.
