Sylvanas and Magni

So... I bought a Horde Hunter, Warlock, and Mage starting deck and a Alliance Priest deck. All 3 of my hordes came with 2 Sylvanas and my alliance came with 2 King Magni. Both cards are Unique so how can the box say "Tournament-playable-60-card deck" if "Unique" means only 1 can be in my deck?

And since I can't have 2 in my deck, I have a 59 card starting deck.

Because that's not what Unique means. Unique means you can only have one of that card in play under your control at a time. If you ever have two of the same Unique card under your control then this causes a Uniqueness Violation and you are forced to destroy one of them.
