Current tournament format

Since core was run for a couple months, i still have some questions about it.

1 Is core must be a best of 1 game?
2 what is the suggested time for 1 match in core
3 will there be any suggested rounds for the core tournaments?

1. Core matches are best-of-1 except for playoff rounds at high-level events (think NACC).
2. Rounds should be 30 minutes long.
3. There's a chart somewhere with how many rounds Core tournaments should be based on number of players. I'll see if I can find it for you.

4-8 4 rounds (Top 2)
9-16 5 rounds (Top 4)
17-22 6 rounds (Top 8 )
23-36 7 rounds (Top 8 )
37-52 8 rounds (Top 8 )
53-94 9 rounds (Top 8 )
95-152 10 rounds (Top 8 )
153-256 11 rounds (Top 8 )
257-440 12 rounds (Top 8 )
441+ 13 rounds (Top 8 )

I have few more base on those answer

1 if there is 4 ~ 8 people. (4 rounds)
then end paring will have chances to have the same opponent again. Is it okay?

2 are there any official doc about these?

1. Yes, you can(And the less people the more likely) fight the same people.
