Help with miniature core starter deck problem.

Hello,

I have bought a World of Warcraft miniature core starter deck from Upper deck and it states that you get 1 loot card per miniature core starter deck. I know that you are not the ones who made those loot cards but I don't know how to get the loot card that I am owed. I have called Upper Deck and they said that all of there cards have been sent to Blizzard and to ask them. Then I called Blizzard and they said that they do not take care of the cards either. So you as the new maker of the World of Warcraft card game. You must be able to help me or at least tell me who I need to get in contact with to get this resolved.

who did you speak to at blizzard? (what dpt)

I just called up blizzard then got a person who was there support and asked them what I should do and they said that they didn't have the World of Warcraft cards and that they are not in charge of cards only the video games themsleves.

Well, Cryptozoic doesn't have the license for the Minis, only the TCG. So they're not really going to be able to help you with anything Minis related. They might be able to direct you to someone specific at Blizzard to contact, but that's probably the best they could do.

that was my hope

They cant help me even if with the minis came a pack of World of Warcraft cards? 1 a UDE point card and the other a loot card.

This is not a product we can assist you with. Cryptozoic Entertainment does not have the license for World of Warcraft Miniatures. This is not a product we've produced and our current focus is on supporting the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game.

Any information about World of Warcraft Miniatures moving forward would come from Blizzard.

Its not about the miniatures its about the World of Warcraft the card game loot card owed to me which you are under control and license of.

It is about the Minis. The Minis promised you a free loot card from the TCG. Unfortunately, the TCG and the Minis are now controlled by two different companies, Blizzard and Cryptozoic. Cryptozoic has nothing to do with the Minis and therefore doesn't owe you anything. Since Blizzard now has sole control of the Minis they are the only ones that can help you.

It is not possible to get a Papa Hummel's Old-Fashioned Pet Biscuit from the core set that I bought. You get a random card from the Drums of War series. So that is Slashdance, Owned Flag, and the Red Baron.

actually last I heard from my local store UDE still holds the license for the minis because it was not produces till 2-3 years after the tcg so they still have about another year on the license.

The special edition starter set, or whatever they called it, that came in the nice box with the cardboard fold out maps were all supposed to come with a loot card. Unfortunately UDE messed it up so people had to mail in a blank page from the manual or something to get their free loot card.

Yea I got a card but it was a drums of war promo card. I called Upper deck before and they said to send them a page from the manual I did that. I waited the 4 weeks but it never came so I called them again and they said that they didn't control it anymore. I guess I am going to have to called Blizzard and Upper Deck again to see how to get this resolved. I appreciate all the help this forum has given me. This is a good forum community.

if UDE told you to send the manual and they'd send you the card them i believe they HAVE to send that to you now.......
