Loot card help

Hello there. I recently received a fields of honor booster pack as a joke gift. (dont ask) Well when i opened it joke was on them I pulled a El Pollo Grande. (unscratched) I was a happy camper Well when i went to redeem i typed the code correctly and all that but the system told me it was already used on ravenholdt server. Im thinking I got a duplicate code or something. Anything i can do to rectify this? I would love to be riding around on a giant chicken.
